Tzatziki Sauce

1 (8 ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber - peeled, seeded, diced and drained of all liquid
1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 lemon, juiced
salt and peper to taste
1 tsp dill (I would start with less and add to taste)
1 1/2 cloves garlic, peeled (less if its the already chopped kind)
