2 C. Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 C. Oil
1 C. Cornmeal
1 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
2 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
Mix together and bake in a 9x13 pan at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Angie's mom likes to bake it at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Try it either way but for sure try it! It's the best homemade cornbread we've ever had. (Maybe something to do with the oil and sugar? But don't skimp!)
