Steve's Eggnog - A favorite of his from 10th grade

In a blender, mix the following:

1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs (or equivalent in pasteurized egg product)
3/4 cup sugar (or less!)
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 sprinkles of nutmeg
2 "heaping spoons" vanilla ice cream
3 seconds pouring of Sprite or 7 Up
